The role reports directly to the Head of the Unit. Main responsibilities: - Collaborate with Global Relationship Directors - also referred to as Senior Bankers - in managing and developing assigned client relationships. - Independently manage a portfolio of subsidiaries of multinational clients, focusing on profitability, risk management, and client satisfaction. - Identify and address clients’ transactional banking needs, coordinating with internal teams including Cash Management, Guarantees, Trade Finance, Compliance, Risk and Legal, under close supervision of Senior Bankers. - Contribute to cross-border business development opportunities by collaborating with BBVA teams across different geographies. - Participate in business development activities, client presentations, bank meetings, networking events and conferences. - Contribute to the preparation of client meetings, organization, and follow-up, to further develop existing and potential business. - Actively prospect and acquire new clients aligned with the unit’s commercial strategy. - Support business development through market research, commercial planning, and the preparation of reports and proposals. - Manage administrative tasks, including client onboarding, KYC, MIFID, account opening, documentation, in coordination with Legal, Compliance and Audit departments, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. **About the job**: **What are we looking for?** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics; Finance or related field. - Master’s degree is a plus. - AMF Certification strongly recommended.* - Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong interest for the banking and finance industry. - Previous internship or experience in banking is appreciated. - Commercial attitude. - Results-driven with the ability to work in a dynamic environment. - Negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with different internal teams. - Analytical and financial skills. - Team spirit combined with independence and initiative. - Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a multi-task role. - Continuous learning and adaptability. - High ethical standards and professional integrity. **Languages** - French: Fluent (mandatory). - Spanish: Fluent (mandatory). - English: Fluent (preferred). - _AMF certification recommended.
