Market Research are at the heart of our company, they take care of identifying the consumer insights and market trends to feed our innovation pipeline (ex: U&A) and further help improving our offer (ex: concept testing). They also help measure the efficiency of our marketing spendings (brand tracker, e-reputation, pre test of ads, post test of festivals). This position reports to the head of Market Research with a wide scope of responsibilities and transversal collaboration with various departments like Partnerships, Marketing, Data, Product teams.
**What you will do**:
- Work on a variety of projects, methodologies and business questions Innovate: Research solutions will be tailored to business needs
- help imagine how to use the tools and resources at hand to drive key insights and solutions efficiently and actionably
- Research methodology recommendation & design (with support of manager)
- Execute on projects that vary pending needs of the business; including research methodology recommendation & design, qualitative moderation guide design, qualitative participant recruitment, ad hoc custom questionnaire design and survey scripting (Qualtrics)
- Presentation of data in visually intuitive and creative ways
**Qualifications**
This role is excellent for a person with:
- 5+ market research experience at agency or within a digital brand
- Experience with both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Comfortable presenting/sharing-out findings and insights with key stakeholders
- Proven ability in translating data into actionable insights
- Proven ability in telling stories out of data
- Experience with one of: Stata, SPSS, R or other statistical package considered a strong asset
- Proficiency in English (oral & written) required, French and another language considered a strong asset
