Lapsus is a digital creation studio founded in Bourg-en-Bresse dedicated to designing and growing its own creations.

We practice in strict confidentiality computer development, 2D/3D graphics or graphic animation.

In a context of development and growth, we currently offer CDI (Contrat à Durée Indéterminée) intended to grow and last with the company.

**Job description**

This will involve designing and deploying a large number of digital marketing campaigns, mainly outside the European Union, analyzing the performance of our marketing actions, but also the behavior of our users from several different continents.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to define, lead and direct the actions of a Growth Team -« Équipe Croissance » - composed of a Market Analyst, a Data Analyst and a Traffic Manager.

As Marketing Manager, your missions will be:

- To lead and direct the _Équipe Croissance_ under the direction of the _Directeur Général_
- To develop the work program of the _Équipe Croissance_ in order to achieve the objectives set by the _Directeur Général_
- To participate in the construction of the acquisition strategy
- To conduct constant competitive intelligence
- To identify and implement new tools and techniques that are sources of growth
- To identify and implement new solutions to improve the retention of users of our services
- To organize a close collaboration with the Creative Team and the Communication Team

A first experience using AppsFlyer in a professional context will be appreciated.

We are looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, professional, with good manners, with a firm understanding of confidentiality.

**Description of the work environment**

The studio is located in an open and bright 750m² space in the center of Bourg-en-Bresse.

These completely new premises have the following advantages:

- Large number of free parking spaces (Champ de Foire) and bike park in the immediate vicinity
- SNCF station 15 minutes on foot (1400 meters) ; Paris at 1h52 by TGV; Geneva at 1h18 by TGV ; Lyon at 1h02 on average by TER
- Possibilities of accommodation in the immediate vicinity
- Ideally located in the heart of the city center, with many food outlets
- Equipped kitchen within the premises allowing you to eat on site, and Food Court on the ground floor of the building
