Qhse Manager

BW Ideol is a leading fully integrated platform in floating offshore wind with more than 10 years of experience from design, execution and development of floating wind projects based on Ideol S.A.'s patented floating offshore wind technology and engineering capabilities. The company has a dual-leg growth strategy as a floater EPCI and maintenance services provider and as a wind-farm project developer and co-owner. BW Ideol has two full-scale offshore floating wind turbines in operation in France and Japan, a significant project pipeline, and is supported by BW Offshore’s extensive experience from developing and operating offshore energy production systems.

BW Ideol is looking for a QHSE Manager (Permanent).

The QHSE Manager defines, implements, and leads the Quality, Health, Safety, Hygiene and Environment management system and the associated procedures to meet the regulatory requirements and good practices of the sector.

**MAIN MISSIONS**
- Ensure the continuity of the ISO 9 001 certification
- Set up and consolidate the ISO 14 001 certification
- Lead the BW Ideol Management System: continuous improvement, staff awareness/involvement, internal and ISO Audits, QHSE document management, indicators and follow-up of QHSE trends
- Assist the internal and external team in the deployment of QHSE objectives and in the follow-up of actions
- Contribute to the evolution of standards applicable to the company's activities and Responsible of applicable standards in the field of QHSE
- Ensure the treatment of incidents, accidents, non-conformities, anomalies. Follow up the implementation and the progress of actions with the concerned managers.

**SECONDARY MISSIONS**
- Coordinate/manage Safety, Environment, Quality issues with the team on the FLOATGEN demonstrator,
- Participate in the preparation of project documentation, the definition of QHSE specifications required for suppliers and ensure the QHSE follow-up of the execution on site,
- Support the teams in the implementation of risk analyses on projects in the design, construction, installation and operation phases,
- Carry out audits/evaluations of projects (suppliers and subcontractors), organize inspections on site and at subcontractors to ensure compliance with QHSE rules,
- Ensure the implementation of training programs regarding the QHSE ambitions of the structure
- Follow international best practices in QHSE

**PROFILE**

**Required**:
Experience: 10 years of QHSE experience in the industry / energy sector.

You have a complete mastery of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards (5 years’ experience minimum)

Demonstrated experience in building and deploying an ISO certification in a structure.

You are able to propose and deploy solutions in line with the company's QHSE ambitions.

**Personality**:
Autonomous +++, analytical and synthetic mind, strong ability to convince and persuade, good communicator, ability to understand and accompany the evolutions of a developing structure.

Proficiency in written and spoken English.

**In addition**:
Certification skills other than ISO may be a plus.

Has worked in a design office.

Good understanding of operational issues
