We are looking for a CHIEF RESIDENT ENGINEER for a minimum period of 12 months in Tajikistan for one of our clients.

For the Rogun project (3600 MW hydroelectric dam) in Tajikistan, our client is looking for a Chief Resident EngineerYou will be responsible for providing expertise to the project team in the management of the project by being a permanent resident, based on site.
- Supervision of works
- Project Management Assistance
- International Project Management (team management, contractual, administrative and financial management, QHSE, reporting, communication, site logistics,...)
- Construction of hydroelectric projects (embankment dam, hydroelectric plant, tunnels)

PROFIL
- Minimum years of experience: 25 years of significant experience in the field of dams
- Core competencies: Civil Engineering
- Sector experience: Water
- Language / Level: Fluent English (written & spoken); Russian is a plus
