**Description du poste** Main mission**:
Reporting to the GHRBP O&SC, your main mission will be to supply and coconstruct institutional communication and animate the sites in terms of communication in the O&SC function.

Your challenge will be promoting and reinforcing the organization's values, mission, and culture through internal communication initiatives.

**Activities**:

- Facilitate of the ICN community of OSC in alignement with group internal communication team.
- Support change management, assuring the proper communication flow.
- Lead and involved in concrete and operational communication actions to produce videos, podcast, roll out corporate brand elements on sites in support of ICN, collect topics to share during editorial committee.
