Air France KLM recrute:

- Définir le planning annuel des événements d'AFI KLM E&M en association avec les équipes du département commercial (en particulier avec les représentants commerciaux locaux) mais aussi avec l'équipe marketing et communication.
- Piloter et gérer de A à Z les événements d'AFI KLM E&M dans le monde entier, y compris:

- Contribuer à la définition des objectifs de l'événement en tenant compte de la stratégie commerciale dans le pays concerné
- Créer et exécuter un plan solide pour chaque événement
- Proposer un format adapté de l'événement et coordonner sa réalisation en mode projet
- Gérer le budget et mesurer sa performance (en étroite relation avec le réseau commercial local et les fournisseurs externes)
- Développer un plan à moyen terme pour les principaux aspects de l'événement
- Gérer toutes les opérations du jour J
- Piloter et gérer les événements internes qui sont organisés en complément, tels que la journée des ventes.

Dans la pratique, cela comprend les activités suivantes:

- Gérer le contrat à mi-parcours pour la présence sur l'événement
- Gérer le contrat à moyen terme pour la construction du stand
- Piloter la ressource humaine nécessaire pour l'événement ainsi que la réservation d'hôtel
- Donner des instructions à l'entreprise chargée de la construction du stand
- En collaboration avec l'équipe de communication, valider la conception et la construction du stand
- Déterminer et commander les goodies et autres cadeaux pour les clients
- Planifier l'agenda pour la journée lors de l'événement
- Assurer un fonctionnement correct en termes de logistique, de présentation et d'utilisation du stand
- Planifier et organiser un événement pour les clients
- Gérer l'agenda des réunions du EVPs

Enfin, vous ferez partie d'une équipe de communication, il y aura donc de nombreuses missions transverses à réaliser. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le reste de l'équipe et dans un environnement international pour lequel, la plupart des échanges se feront en anglais.

L'entretien d'embauche se fera également en anglais.
