**Job Description Summary**: As a Supplier Quality Account Leader Support, you will be in charge of leading investigations at the Plant level. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Worldwide Supplier Quality Assurance (WW SQA) organization and the Plants. Equivalent experience will be considered for educational requirements.

With innovative pre-fillable syringes, self-injection systems, safety systems and needle technologies, the Pharmaceutical Systems (PS) team offer an extensive selection of solutions designed to protect, package and deliver drug therapies.
**Main responsibilities**:
- You will manage complaints and investigations - receive, register and submit the complaint; collect information/evidences; manage samples and evidence with suppliers as well as follow-up calls
- Facilitate these quality complaints management by leading activities such as Technical visit, IQC test, Supplier Audits (For cause & Technical Assessments), Samples picking, etc.
- Review, challenge, share across BD network suppliers’ feedbacks and answers.
- Approve the supplier Investigation report.
- Provide technical writing of Supplier Investigation outputs, Executive summary of findings and conclusions.
- Provide final recommendation to batch Usage Decision (UD)
- Maintain complaint data system integrity for the assigned Plant.
- First assessment of plant’s request on supplier improvement/changes such as preliminary study, data collection, etc
**Preferred profile**:
- A Master's degree in **Quality Assurance** **or in** **Science in Materials Science and Engineering** is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered. Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record of 6 years’ experience can be considered.
- ** A first experience in quality organization** dealing with suppliers, Quality project management or operation quality in plant.
- Experience gained within** **high cadence/volume industry environment** **(automotive,).
- Proficient in the use of** **Quality & Statistic Tools** (8D methodology, SPC, MSA)
- Teamwork skills - ability to work with diverse teams across the organization (R&D, Operation, PQE, Engineering, Regulatory affairs, Medical Affairs,).
