You join our Primary team within the Global Securities Settlement department, which is looking for a **Manager Securities Primary**, for an internship of **6 months** from **February**.
The team’s missions are as follows:
- Ensure the conformity of legal documentation, particularly in the context of the bank’s issues and syndicated (or non-unionized) issues on behalf of external issuers;
- Enrich, validate and confirm certain operations in information systems;
- Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions on the French and international markets (notably Euroclear Bank, but also the Italian, Spanish and American domestic markets);
- Escalate information and problems encountered with the concerned services (middle, front, legal, accounting...);
- Resolve the disagreements observed on operations with counterparties (numerous contacts with counterparties, depositaries, paying agents,...);
- Perform reconciliations required for the controls of this activity (follow-up of internal and external outstanding);
- Develop the reporting to monitor activities;
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Follow-up new Dispatcher role in the BAL;
- Survey of claims related to coupon delays and refunds;
- Identify and track the issues of the new entity NCIBL;

** Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student at the Bac+4/5 level, you are preparing a university degree or business school, with a specialization in Finance or Operations.
You are responsive and rigorous. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a very good ability to listen; with particular attention to the relationship with customers.
You are recognized for your logical mind, your rigor, and your curiosity.
And last but not least, you have an operational level in English.
