Vous intégrerez l’équipe Collaboration & Power Platform, rattachée à la direction Modern Work de la DSI, aux côtés des équipes Identité, Endpoint et Support Utilisateur. Vous travaillerez directement avec le manager de l’équipe, ainsi qu’avec les experts techniques Microsoft 365.

**Vos missions**:

- Participer au maintien en condition opérationnelle de la plateforme Microsoft 365.
- Contribuer à la rédaction, au suivi et à l’évolution de la roadmap de l’équipe.
- Identifier les tendances issues des évolutions technologiques afin d'élaborer des plans d'amélioration.
- Réaliser une veille technologique active sur l’écosystème Microsoft 365.
- Participer à l’analyse des usages utilisateurs pour proposer des solutions de gouvernance et d’optimisation des coûts.
- Collaborer avec les autres équipes IT et non IT pour garantir la cohérence des processus.
- Être force de proposition sur les sujets de change management et d’accompagnement des utilisateurs.
- Contribuer à la gestion du partenariat avec Microsoft et aux programmes d’early access.
- Communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

**Profil recherché**:

- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Formation Bac+4/5 en informatique ou équivalent.
- Bonne connaissance de l’environnement Microsoft 365
- Expérience significative sur un poste similaire (stage, alternance ou emploi).
- Curiosité, polyvalence, rigueur, autonomie et esprit d’initiative.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel.
