We are looking for a **Head of Content**to come onboard in our **Communications and Corporate Branding**Directorate**in Lamberto ’s team : a team of 12 collaborators

**_Your Mission _**
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to enhance ATR's brand presence and engagement across all platforms.
- Oversee media relations, digital marketing, social media, crisis communications, employee communications, employer branding, and CSR-related communications topics.
- Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across internal and external communications.
- Drive innovation in communication approaches to effectively reach diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute content campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimise ATR's communication strategies.
- Lead and inspire a team of content creators who think 360 and deliver high-quality, engaging content that meets ATR's objectives.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximise the impact of communications campaigns.

**_About you _**
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior content management role within a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and French, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a track record of driving successful content campaigns.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry trends.
