HR Business Partner IT
**What you do**
- Proactively support the development and implementation of the vision and strategy for HR for CTO and more specifically IT, Data & CyberSecurity, as well as Organisational Management for Health Line of Business.
- Drive positive business performance through HR interventions
- Active discussion partner for functional business leaders and managers.
- Lead management of all people aspects in conjunction with HR Centers of Expertise (CoE's) and local country teams.
- The HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering continuous improvement in HR service in a fast growing environment, including continued regional expansion, with exposure to an increasing number of legislative jurisdictions. The incumbent helps to develop and implement better people management practices.
**What you bring**
- 5+ years' experience as HR Business partner, in a global matrixed organization
- Fluent knowledge of English, working knowledge of any other european language will be an additional asset
- Strong communication & relationship building skills
- Ability to multitask, work in an international environment & with mínimal supervision
- An appetite for technologies and highly transforming businesses
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work and interact remotely
- Strong team spirit and flexibility
