Would you like to be a part of this adventure? Join our Financial Risk Management team as a Financial Risk Manager. Within the department Treasury and Corporate Finance, the FX Risk Management team is in charge of managing FX risk of the L'Oréal Group and its entities. The main missions will include the operational management of Financial Risks as well as the analysis of FX impacts on the P&L of the Group. **Here's how you will have a role to play in this team**: Within a team of 5 people, under the supervision of the Financial Risk Management Director, help the team in the following missions: - Front Office Activities: - In charge of implementing L'Oréal FX hedging policy (IFRS9) for the Group entities - Monitoring Financial Market Risks for the Group (FX, Rates, Commodities) - Monitoring of FX risks and FX portfolio of the Group - Daily management of FX hedges through proprietary automated trading processes - Active role in designing and upgrading our proprietary IT processes - Optimizing P&L, FX exposure & internal control tracking tools - Negotiation and update of FX legal documentation - Redaction of weekly market updates to the management - FX Controlling Activities: - Calculation of FX Gains & Losses and related analysis for the Group - Calculation and Analysis of FX impact on REX for the Group - Control of FX risks and FX closing done by L'Oréal entities - Active role in training the L'Oréal treasurer community (Seminars, E-Learnings etc.) - Daily support to L'Oréal entities on FX analysis - Active role in new projects regarding all FX matters (technical specifications, UAT, documentation) **The skills that you will need to make an impact**: - Successful experience in a Front Office of an international corporate treasury - Rigorous and team-oriented mindset - Ability to present simply and strategically complex topics - Capacity to provide innovative technical and functional insight - Solid knowledge and experience with hedging instruments (swaps, options etc.) and financial markets - Fluent in English Convinced yet?
