Everlink recrute pour son client, un grand compte leader sur son marché, un Enterprise Project Management Officer (H/F). Missions et Responsabilités : Au sein de la Direction de la Transformation, vous serez au cœur de la stratégie de transformation de notre client. Voici les principales tâches relatives à la mission : 1. Pilotage du Portefeuille Projets Groupe Mise en place de l'instance de pilotage du portefeuille de projets groupe Proposition et maintenance des indicateurs globaux Analyse du portefeuille Co-construction des risques transverses Co-construction et suivi du budget Suivi global des ressources (plan de charges, resta à consommer etc) 2.
Gestion de la demande Être le pilote de la gestion de la demande Être garant du respect des processus de gestion de la demande Suivre le processus global, pour les demandes qui vont impacter le portefeuille 3. Méthode et Qualité Maintenir le référentiel documentaire du portefeuille Participer aux audits Faire évoluer le référentiel méthodologique 4. Outillage Connaissances des outils PPM (SPM serait un plus) Connaissances du Lean Portfolio Management, méthode WSJF 5. Exemples de missions Organisation de l'instance de gestion de la demande Garantir le bon fonctionnement du processus de la demande Proposer des plans d'actions afin d'améliorer les indicateurs du portefeuille projet Compétences : Maitrise de la méthodologie de gestion de projets (organisation et pilotage, livrables, gestion des risques) : cycle en V et Agile Maitrise de la gestion des risques Connaissance d'au moins un outil de PPM (SPM serait un plus) Capacité de synthèse, de pragmatisme et de recul Relationnel, capacité de communication et de synthèse Force de proposition sur l'amélioration des processus Anglais courant (environnement international, documentation en anglais) Profil recherché : De formation Bac+5 (Ingénieur ou Master 2) dans les nouvelles technologies, vous avez une expérience de 10 ans minimum dans la fonction PMO, au sein de grands groupes ou d'ETI (interne ou externe).
Doté(e) d'une forte capacité d'adaptation à un environnement de type ETI, avec une culture bien implantée. Leadership, écoute, analyse, méthodologie, capacité à fédérer, pragmatisme, sont les qualités du PMO Entreprise qui vous permettront de réussir dans cette mission.
