**Legal Associate**

At **Voisin Consulting Life Sciences (VCLS)**, we empower healthtech innovators by guiding them through complex regulatory and development landscapes. As our **Legal Associate**, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our global operations with sound legal insight, sharp contract management, and a proactive approach to compliance.

Legal Advice:

- Provide legal counsel on corporate law, commercial law, and contractual matters.
- Assist in navigating legal complexities and offering strategic solutions to operational challenges.

Contract Management:

- Draft and review contracts, including Master Services Agreements and Consulting Agreements.
- Negotiate terms and ensure all agreements are compliant with legal standards.

Corporate Governance:

- Support corporate secretarial functions and documentation for affiliate companies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational changes and relevant regulations.

Data Protection Compliance:

- Work alongside the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to maintain data compliance across various entities.
- Assist in audits related to data protection, and contribute to training programs.

This dynamic role within VCLS offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, closely interacting with other departments and contributing to key business projects.

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited legal institution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and data protection law.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts.
- Proficient in both English and French; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professional integrity.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is highly desirable.
