We are looking for a **Head of Business Managment System & Surveillance **to come onboard in our **Quality Directorate **in **Aude LE MENAHEZE’s **team : a team of **21 **collaborators

**_Your Mission _**

Business Management System (BMS) management & monitoring
- Develop and improve ATR's Business Management System (BMS) processes in conjunction with the dedicated network.
- Implement a global monitoring plan for ATR to maintain EN 9100 certification.
- Manages the monitoring interface with the Environment teams.
- Analysis, definition and deployment of the internal and external monitoring plan linked to EN9100 certification.
- Organization and coordination of interfaces with the certification body
- Coordination of the ATR CEO's management review with the environment, performance and quality teams.
- Coordination of the ATR Business Management System network.
- Management of the implementation of process reviews at the beginning of the year (planning, cascading of TCOs into processes, communication, etc.).
- Monitor changes to EN9100 and ISO standards.
- Ensures that processes and their owners adhere to process reviews.
- Acts as Quality Focal Point on the ATR Quality process (PM2.1) as well as on other processes as required and organized by the team.
- Supports the development of ATR employees' skills in all aspects of quality management.
- Acts as project leader/team coordinator according to transformation priorities approved by quality management and/or the BMS team (change of document management tool, management of EN9100 auditor qualification project, etc.).
- Manages the BMS transformation project (intermediate stage in 2025 and transformation in 2026).
- Analysis, definition and management of risks and opportunities linked to BMS and Surveillance team activities

**Management**
- Management of a team of 6 people in all aspects of management - Cascade of Top Functional Objectives, Performance, development plan, vacations, teleworking etc.
- Management of internal service providers (specifications, orders, service follow-up, etc.).
- Analysis, definition and management of the budget linked to the team's activities.
