Market Data Finance Specialist

(Fixed Term Contract)

As a future Market Data Finance Specialist, you will report to our Head of Market Data Services, and you will be part of the Data & Analytics Management team.

You contribute to the global management of Market Data spend, and are in charge of the tasks related to Market Data budget monitoring (including finance controlling, supervision of invoices management and proactive management of licences).

Your role and responsibilities will notably include to:
1- Monitor the Market Data spend using the dedicated Market Data inventory tool “INFOmatch”:

- Process all requests for joiners/leavers, organizational changes, FX rates,
- Maintain the database accurate and up-to-date
- Provide Accounting teams with quarterly accruals / reverse accruals
- Control recharging (within AXA IM and within AXA Group entities)
- Answer Providers’ reporting requests

2- Build the budget with Market Data Analysts and monitor it during the year:

- Analyse Market Data spend variances and explain discrepancies
- Provide figures at quarter’s ends and estimated landings
- Prepare quarterly reports for the Budget Holders analyzing discrepancies with Budget figures
- Update AXA Group recharging file (AXA DS project)

3- Supervise Invoices Management outsourced process (around 70% of the invoices) and process invoices for most critical providers

4- Proactively manage licences (Bloomberg, Eikon,....) for optimisation and manage leavers/joiner services logins in respect with providers contractual terms

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Your qualifications and experience:

- Higher economic, business, finance,education degree
- 3/4 years experience in Financial Controller role in financial institutions or Market Data Analyst role
- Knowledge of the Windows pack-office mandatory
- Knowledge of one of the Market Data inventory tool (INFOmatch, MDM,) and Coda accounting system would be appreciated
