We're seeking a strategic and creative Senior Social Media Manager to elevate and evolve our social media presence, building on the impactful foundations we've already set. You'll be the mastermind behind our digital voice, guiding both corporate and thought-leadership profiles to new heights.

This role is perfect for somebody who thrives in a collaborative, innovative, and data-driven environment, leveraging insights to craft content that engages and inspires.

**Your Mission**
- Own and evolve our social media strategy for corporate channels and executive profiles, ensuring alignment with brand goals and tone of voice.
- Create scroll-stopping, on-brand content that sparks conversation and connection.
- Collaborate closely with brand, content, comms, and go-to-market teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging.
- Reimagine our live coverage of flagship events and product launches —experimenting with new formats and creative approaches to bring our audience along for the ride.
- Build on our established employee advocacy program —partnering with the GTM team to identify needs, close content gaps, and create targeted, easy-to-share resources that grow its reach and impact.
- Build and nurture influencer relationships, including internal ambassadors and external voices, to amplify our message and extend our reach.
- Co-own the strategy with Employer Branding and ensure it’s consistently activated across social —through compelling content, storytelling, and campaigns that attract top talent and showcase our culture.
- Track, assess and report on performance metrics to uncover insights and opportunities.

- Significant growth in social media engagement and follower numbers across key platforms.
- Increased brand visibility and recognition through innovative, compelling social content.

- Clear, measurable improvement in social media-driven traffic, leads, and conversions.

**Your Profile**
- 8+ years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B environments.
- Proven success in crafting innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand affinity.
- A hands-on, proactive mindset —you’re not afraid to build, test, learn, and iterate.
- Extensive experience with various video formats and multimedia content creation.
- Proven track record handling global social media accounts with diverse, international audiences.
- Experience collaborating effectively with external agencies, freelancers, and creative teams.
- A data-driven mindset combined with intuitive storytelling.
- Exceptional communication, coupled with a keen sense for visual and written content that captures attention and provokes engagement.
- Fluency in English C2 level is a must
