**Your mission**:
Reporting to the VP Product Management, you will be a key player at Ledger, delivering exceptional experiences to our users. You will:

- Lead and mentor a talented, diverse team of designers and UX researchers (10 people), fostering professional and personal development;
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to define and implement design strategies that align with business goals;
- Drive the creation of visually appealing and user-centric interfaces that reflect our brand and meet user needs;
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions;
- Establish and maintain design standards to ensure consistency across all products;
- Promote a collaborative culture across teams to ensure alignment and effective communication;
- Represent Ledger’s design philosophy within the company and in the web3 community

**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 10 years in Product Design and User Experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Product Design, user research, and UX copywriting
- Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of front-end development is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts to various stakeholders.
