**YOUR PROFILE**

You are a student of a Master 2 in Human Resources or a Business School specializing in HR, you are looking for a 6-month internship in order to obtain a first experience in recruitment and wish to integrate a multinational and multicultural company that will allow you to familiarize yourself with different sectors of the activity, to enrich your knowledge on the current tech challenges, and be exposed to diverse mindsets and ideas.

Good communication skills in English and in French are essential.

**WHERE WILL YOU WORK ?**

You will be based at the SLB office in Clamart, France.

You will interact with colleagues and stakeholders from other centers in France and Europe.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO ?**

Reporting to the Digital Talent Acquisition Manager - Europe and in direct contact with the software development teams and tech managers, you will participate in all stages of our recruitment process, mainly for the France area. Among your tasks:

- Definition of the profiles sought
- Drafting and distribution of job offers
- Carrying out pre-selection interviews
- Appointment booking for hiring managers
- Applicant Tracking
- Participation in school forums and recruitment fairs
- Support the implementation of specific initiatives related to diversity and inclusion

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to 1,400.00€ per month
