**Your work environmen**t:
Within the Group, you will join **the IT department, part of GIE AXA Service**.

**Main purpose**

This internal FTE position will be responsible to tackle the following topics:

- Data deletion Topics:

- Participate in Data deletion solution design
- Provide support guidance with respect to Data IT best practices
- Be the IT referent for data deletion and other IT oriented data topics on tools and technic (with all involved teams, inc : IT owners, CDO team, DPO team and Business teams)
- He will be responsible to:

- Manage periodic data deletion campaign for all impacted IT systems
- Manage deletion by design process
- Other Data topics:

- He will be responsible to:

- Manage Business Object Reporting solution
- Manage and develop an offer linked to Power platform and Power BI solutions

**Core activities**

For each Application:

- Scoping starting with ROPA analysis and assessment
- Participate to workshops with Process owner to complete and update RoPA (precise where the data is within the data lifecycle: in production or in back-ups)
- Carry out workshops with IT owner to complete and update RoPA
- Ensure contracts compliance with Third-party providers
- Monitor contract reviews (gather information aligned with RoPA, follow-up on tasks ) carried out by DPO and procurement
- Deletion process documentation
- Review existing process with IT owners
- Study deletion possibilities with IT owners and third-party providers
- Implementation
- Build IT specifications for IT owners based on business specifications provided by CDO teams
- Coordinate the implementation with each IT owner
- Coordinate deletion campaign
- In collaboration with DPO and CDO, implement a process to ensure deletion campaign are correctly performed and that all relevant evidences are provided
- Deletion by design
- Implement a process to have deletion by design for all new project
- Follow the implementation of deletion capabilities in Microsoft O365 tools
- Be the IT referent for O365 experts

**Be the IT referent for Reporting / BI solutions**

IT owner for Business Object - Financial reporting solution
- Ensure that all project on the solution follow the project life cycle: planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Be the IT referent for the Accounting and Finance Departments

Create and develop an offer on Power Platform and Power BI
- Collect the needs and implement the solutions
- Ensure the maintenance and the evolution of the proposed solution
- Promote the capabilities in CIO and for Business department
- Ensure the proposed solutions are implemented as regards to compliance standards

**Votre profil**:
**Technical and professional skills**:

- IT Project Management
- Interaction / Coordination with several compliance departments (Security, continuity..) and several IT teams
- Knowledge on data governance and data management
- Knowledge on Compliance process
- Knowledge on Power Platform and Power BI
- Basic French
- Fluent in English

**Communication skills**:

- Autonomy and responsibility to front IT topics
- Ability to produice IT documentation
- Willingness to understand the business and IT objectives
- Ability to progress in complex environment, be able to explain new constrain

**Managerial skills**:

- Adaptability and ability to interact with different teams and in multi cultural environment.
- Non hierarchical

**Experience**:
Previous experience in IT projects:

- Data cartography, design documentation
- IT projects implementation follow up in respect with IT compliance principle
- Participation to Data Vizualisation / BI solution implementation
- Participation to Power Platform / Power BI solutions implementation
