**About this Role**:
We are looking for a Product manager to lead the development and management of innovative products at the intersection of medicine, data and behaviorial science. You will be responsible for guiding products from conception to launch, aligning product strategies with the company's vision, and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of Zoī members and healthcare professionals. Internally, you will be responsible for prioritizing features, coordinating cross-functional teams, and acting as a bridge between medical teams, engineering, front-line staff, and regulatory teams to deliver pioneering products that will revolutionize preventive and predictive health.
**Main Missions**:
- ** Product Strategy and Vision**:Define and articulate the vision and strategy for your product line, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and market needs, to create a best-in-class preventive health experience.
- ** Product Planning**:Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- ** Market Analysis & Stakeholder Insights**: Conduct market research and to identify trends and opportunities in the med-tech industry. Engage with stakeholders (members and medical staff) to gather insights and feedback and integrate two streams into product development.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**:Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure that products comply with relevant medical device regulations and quality standards.
- ** User Experience and Design**:Collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centered design approach.
- ** Performance Metrics**: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, including user adoption, customer satisfaction, etc.
- Master’s degree and/or PhD in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of product management experience, ideally in the med-tech or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of creativity and innovation, with a passion for improving healthcare through technology.
- Fluent French & English
