We are looking for a motivated ground station agent to ensure aircraft are cleaned and resupplied at Paris Le Bourget Airport.

The ground station agent collaborates and coordinates with crew members, ground operations and third party service providers.

This job will be based in Paris Le Bourget.

Daily Flight movement monitoring of aircraft:

- Standard cleaning & disinfection of aircraft according to the company policy
- Aircraft damage & defects reporting
- Restocking of aircraft products (on board catering, technical items, client service products )
- Monitoring and follow up of external cleaning activities

Inventory & Supply:

- Inventory monitoring and resupplying of inflight catering and products
- Managing the company storage area.

Various administrative tasks including:

- Stocking and distribution of pilot amenities and on board items.
- Follow up on expenses related to the station.
- Implement and adhere to Ground station procedures

To fulfill this position successfully, qualifications and experience shall include:

- Ability to speak French and English, German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of flight operations in the business aviation industry
- Proactive personality with strong organizational skills, team oriented, flexible approach.
- High sense of responsibility
