Software Engineer

We're looking for backend engineers who enjoy building reliable services and are excited to deepen their exposure to distributed systems. Whether you've worked on event pipelines, scaling APIs, or building internal tools, you'll help power the core services that support our observability and security products used by engineers around the world.

**What You'll Do**:

- Build and maintain reliable backend services that process and store large volumes of data
- Contribute to internal platforms, APIs, and tools that power distributed products
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to design and implement scalable system components
- Ship production code in languages like Go, Python, or Java
- Participate in team discussions around technical design, trade-offs, and best practice

**Who You Are**:

- You have 3+ years of experience building backend services in production environments
- You're proficient in at least one backend language (Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust, etc.)
- You've worked on systems that handle production traffic—whether APIs, batch jobs, or internal tools
- You've had some exposure to distributed systems concepts (e.g., messaging, scaling, fault tolerance) and are excited to grow your expertise
- You value clean, maintainable code and thoughtful software design
- You hold a BS/MS/PhD in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
