Your mission

Onet Security Systèmes is recruiting a **Low Voltage Technician F/H** for its Metz branch.

You install electronic systems on customer sites and ensure that the equipment installed functions properly. You will also be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

- Carry out installations according to the instructions in the technical file
- Cable pulling in accordance with current standards
- Configuring and testing installations
- Carry out and guarantee commissioning
- Helping customers get to grips with their equipment
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction: anticipating expectations, being responsive to requests, ensuring the quality of services...
- Ensure traceability of interventions
- Provide technical assistance to customers
- Carry out maintenance visits according to a defined schedule
- Check and maintain installed equipment and materials in working order
- Detect any malfunctions and locate faults, then carry out the necessary work

Your assets

With a technical background (electronics or electrical engineering), you have at least two years' experience as a Low Voltage Technician, ideally acquired in the world of electronic security.

You have a good command of IT tools and IP databases, and ideally already have experience of the following systems and solutions: GENETEC, TIL, MILESTONE, SYNCRONIC, VANDERVILT, ARITECH, NEDAP.

You are recognized for your technical skills, your sense of customer service and your excellent interpersonal skills. Organized, adaptable and rigorous, you want to invest in yourself and develop within a company recognized in its field.
