This role goes beyond simple traditional management control, requiring an in-depth understanding of the company's business model and an ability to model and project costs according to the evolution of the market and to our activities. This role will engage over 4 main axes: - Budget building and follow-up - Forecasting (business growth cost impacts) - Cost structure and analysis - Product cost analysis model to enable decision making **Responsibilities and daily tasks**: 1. Business performance monitoring - Implement and monitor procedures across the entire value chain - Drive the Integration into the group's financial processes (budget, forecasts, monthly closures) and support VPs in their contributions to these processes - Define and execute optimization axes (processes, tools, and pedagogy) - FinOps: creation of operational control models (dashboarding) - Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Finance teams to determine a methodology for product valuation and contribute to its implementation - Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Finance teams to develop a methodology for valuing the ROI of our products and its implementation - Implementation of financial monitoring tools: Apptio, Cloudability, and Total Cost 2. Risk management - Steering of audit points - Implementation of the risk matrix monitoring framework - Engagement of stakeholders 3.
