**Job description**:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for **creating social media-first content** and managing the corporate social media accounts of our clients. Your role will include developing communication strategies, engaging online communities, and leading digital projects.
**Your missions**:
- Manage client relationships by ensuring strategic, operational, and budgetary oversight, while guaranteeing client satisfaction and an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop and implement engaging **social media activations** with diverse and original formats (videos, photos, GIFs, etc.).
- Oversee the production of deliverables in collaboration with external providers.
- Conduct training sessions alongside the agency’s Social Media Managers.
- Analyze and report on the **performance of social media content** to optimize engagement and reach.
- Plan and execute paid and organic **social media campaigns** across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Develop and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok), from **ideation to creative briefing**.
- Stay up to date with market trends, industry innovations, and **emerging social media best practices** to propose innovative content formats.
**Your profile**:
- **At least 2 years of experience** as a **Social Media Project Manager / Community Manager** in a B2B environment.
- Experience in a **corporate or HR-related** communication context is a plus.
- Previous experience in a **communication agency** is highly valued.
- Strong **creativity**, initiative, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in **digital tools** and content management platforms.
- Professional-level **English is preferred**.
