Job Summary:
As we continue to expand our recruitment efforts, we are excited to announce our newest open position of Human Resources (HR) Assistant. This position will act in an administrative capacity, providing support to the local HR function with some support to our global HR team. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks:
Responsibilities:

- General administrative support of the HR function including interview scheduling, general recruitment assistance, and document management;
- Assist in the coordination of the background check process for new hires;
- Manage HRIS data entry for current and former employees;
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
- Perform special projects as assigned by the HR Manager;
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information; and
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of a BTS or Bachelor degree or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business environment and administrative role;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
- Fully proficiency in English and French;
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
