Within the L&D Department, your will act as a learning partner to drive learning organization set-up and embark learning academies leaders to deliver their roadmaps. You will facilitate and embark learners to explore deeply Sompfycampus learning offers, trainers to grow their catalogues, sustain learning academies communities to boost learner engagement and implement best practices of people development.
In order to do so, you will take in charge:
1. **Learning academies roadmaps**: you will collaborates with the Learning Academies Teams to design learning roadmaps aligned with the Group Ambitions and embark all stakeholders to deliver the learning academies' programs.
2.** Learning communication plan**: you will build the learning communication editorial plan and promote the learning programs, especially through viva engage; you will manage the Somfycampus channel viva engage to embark all learners and motivate them to learn on new topics.
3. **Learning design management**: you will work closely with Learning Design Apprentices and Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver impactful programs and enrich professional development offerings, document learning communities, evaluate their impact locally and advise to improve efficiency.
**Qualifications**
- 10 years of experience on similar missions, more especially in learning design and project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills: you know how to animate, motivate and influence your different stakeholders.
- Team player, you work alongside other stakeholders in the business
- Result-oriented, you can measure the impact of training and take the corrective action when necessary.
