Position Duties

We are looking for an experienced Art Services Producer to join Ocellus Services to help with art production

As an Art Producer, you will be at the heart of our art production, to create a comfortable working environment for the art teams so they can produce top quality assets for our world-renowned partners. Your main task will be to manage the art production pipeline, from concept to final implementation. You will work very closely with each Art Directors and Leads of our art teams.

You will also be one of the main contacts of our world-renowned partners and be responsible for setting up an excellent relationship and communication with them.

This role requires strong project management expertise, being on top of budget, schedule and key deliverables at all times, work organization set-up, administration... You are a strong communicator, internally and externally, and have a strong partner sense of service. You should know how to act as a support and servant leader for the art teams, in order to create for them the perfect working conditions for artistic creativity and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire art production process, meaning budgeting, scheduling and prioritizing art tasks, set milestones and track progress.
- Implements an efficient organization to improve effectiveness and working comfort within the art teams.
- Communicate closely with our Leads and Art Directors, to share with them global vision and check needs and organization in their departments and on projects (time, human resources, priorities,...)
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with the teams.
- Create and maintain a daily and excellent relationship with our different partners.
- Estimate with the team new missions for existing partners or potential new ones

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent human relations skills.
- Autonomous and responsible.
- Adaptability & capacity to solve problems.
- Experience in art production.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Tools and reporting master.
- Understanding of game art and design principles is a plus.
