The Legal Counsel will play a key role in maintaining legal compliance and managing employer-employee relations. **Responsibilities**: **Legal advice** - Provide real-time legal advice on employment law issues, and regularly update social documentation (e.g. internal policies) - Work with cross-functional teams such as People Experience to automate the recruitment process - Set up a tool for managing and tracking legal documentation, and ensure compliance with current social legislation - Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, amendments and letters of dismissal, and manage individual disputes, where necessary - Setting up a time tracking system - Assist and support communication with employee representatives, and assist in negotiating and drafting collective agreements **Legal watch** - Monitor changes in social legislation, inform stakeholders and propose any necessary adjustments **Training** - Organize and deliver in-house training courses on the legal aspects of labor law. **And from a global point of view, you will work on**: - Optimize and standardize processes; - Reflect on how to improve the communication of legal information within our structures and various departments; - Create "innovative" legal solutions by rethinking and repositioning legal within Akeneo. **Qualifications**: - You have a Law degree: BAC +4/+5, specializing in labor law - You have 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position - You have an excellent knowledge of employment law and regulations - You have an Ability to work independently and manage several files simultaneously. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills - You are fluent in English **Life at Akeneo**: **Culture** Diverse, cross-cultural team.
