You will be involved in setting up a pilot project, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution. **Key Responsibilities**: **Project Management**: - Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables **Pilot Project Setup**: - Define the scope, objectives, and key performance indicators for the pilot project- Identify and select suitable partners and suppliers- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures- Collect and analyze data to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement **Stakeholder Management**: - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations teams, and external partners- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts **Qualifications**: - Proven experience in project management, ideally within a complex, cross-functional environment- Circular economy interest and high-level understanding- Solid MS Office skills: Powerpoint, Excel- Fluency in English and French is a must- Good organizational skills and ability to manage projects- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Part-time position** **Location**:Clichy (Paris Area) **Hybrid working schedule**available BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
