**Description**

Bienvenue chez Altea Nous sommes une société de services informatiques basée dans les Bouches-du-Rhône, engagée à être proche de nos clients et à valoriser nos collaborateurs.

Nous recherchons un(e) Product Manager / Product Owner passionné(e) par le secteur de l'aéronautique pour rejoindre notre équipe à Aix-en-Provence. Vous travaillerez avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour concevoir et développer des solutions technologiques innovantes dans un environnement agile.
- Vous êtes issu du développement informatique et avez de bonnes connaissances techniques
- Certifications Scrum Master ou Product Owner (PSM1, PSPO1) sont un plus.
- Expérience avérée dans le domaine du digital, idéalement dans des environnements complexes (banque, transport, services publics).
- Anglais courant.

**Responsabilités**
- Participer à la conception de produits digitaux pour des projets aéronautiques.
- Élaborer et suivre la roadmap produit en accord avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Rédiger et prioriser les user-stories en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et les parties prenantes.
- Travailler sur l'amélioration continue de l'expérience utilisateur (UX) et des performances produits.
- Animer les cérémonies agiles (Scrum, Kanban) et assurer le suivi des recettes avant mise en production.
- Partager la vision produit avec les équipes et contribuer à la définition des objectifs du Program Increment (PI).

**Qualifications**
- Forte expérience en méthodologies agiles (SCRUM, SAFE, Kanban).
- Compétences en gestion de projet, analyse business et management.
- Maîtrise des outils Jira, Confluence, et des technologies web (Angular, SpringBoot, etc.).
- Expérience en SEO et marketing digital.
- Bonnes capacités de communication et sens du leadership.
