**About the role**

We are seeking an innovative and motivated Marketing and Communications Associate to join the team in our Paris headquarters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in our company's journey as we put science and the latest technological advances at the service of food security and climate resilience. As Marketing and Communications Associate, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to transform finres’ brand in preparation for the next stage of our growth.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with management and colleagues from our Product and R&D teams to develop compelling content that educates and engages our audience about the importance of climate-resilient farming and our solutions.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage our social media channels to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote finres’ data driven solutions among farmers, agricultural stakeholders, and potential new team members.
- **Website Management**: Update and maintain the finres website with fresh content, including blog posts, case studies, and resources to keep our audience informed and engaged.
- **Brand Development**: Assist in refining and promoting the finres brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communications channels and materials.
- **Campaign Coordination**: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to promote our solutions and drive user acquisition and engagement.
- **Public Relations**: Assist in building relationships with media contacts and industry influencers, and working with our partner agencies, to amplify our message and secure media coverage opportunities.
- **Event Support**: Provide logístical support for company events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our solutions and engage with our target audience.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices with regards to marketing agricultural and climate resilience solutions.

**Who you are**:

- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field, ideally within the financial, agricultural, or environmental sectors.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and the ability to work with our international team in English.
- Experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and designing multimedia materials.
- Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress.
- Proficiency in content production, skilled in using tools like Canva to create visually compelling content, and keen to learn and use new AI tools.
