Freelance Perfumer

**Who we are**
We’re an experiential agency that designs high-impact, sensory brand moments for leading European and global companies. A signature element of our offer is a _bespoke corporate fragrance workshop_ that turns a client’s values into an exclusive scent—then delivers it in beautiful, ready-to-gift form.

**What we’re looking for**
An independent **perfumer—or a small perfume studio/producer with an in-house nose—** who can partner with us _project-by-project_ to:

- **Facilitate concise, engaging fragrance-creation workshops** (typically ½-day) with C-suite or marketing teams.
- **Translate workshop insights into a finished formula,** iterating quickly with client feedback.
- **Oversee or directly handle small-to-mid-scale production** (50 - 1 000 bottles) and packaging that align with brand guidelines.
- **Optional plus**: adapt the formula into other formats (candles, reed diffusers, amenities) and/or tap a network for higher-volume industrial runs when needed.

**The profiles we welcome**
- Seasoned independent “noses” with a portfolio of niche or private-label work.
- Boutique producers that combine creative perfumery with in-house filling/packing.
- Talented emerging perfumers eager to work with major brands under mentorship.

If you’re comfortable leading a room, fluent in English and/or French (additional EU languages a bonus), and knowledgeable about IFRA/EU cosmetic compliance, we’d love to meet you.

**Location & travel**
Most workshops take place in Paris or other major European hubs; occasional travel is required. Remote formulation/production is fine if you can ship sample mods swiftly.
