**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**Responsibilities**

Subject matter expert on Lemonway compliance, you are contributing with your team to
- Support all Lemon heroes with regards to their regulatory and compliance questions
- Work with prominent financial services regulators on cutting-edge regulatory issues
- Advise stakeholders (Product team, C-level, partners etc.) on new features/product launch/partnership launch
- Build a strong Compliance framework to detect and report identified non-compliance risks
- Create and review policies/procedure/forms/training materials as necessary
- Submission for approval and follow up of payment agents file
- Ongoing audit of our payment agents
- Communicate clear rules to the company, its partners and suppliers
- Ensure that all company processes and procedures are in line with all applicable regulations
- Ensure GDPR compliance
- Create and monitor the implementation of company rules of deontology and ethics

**ABOUT YOU**

**Desired skills**
- Deep knowledge on payments (PSD2, compliance, AML/CFT, Banking and Finance regulations)
- Good understanding of the overall Payment Institutions regulatory framework
- You have notions of **GDPR**, 1/3 party compliance & reputation, Whistleblowing, Conflict of interests, Anti-Corruption.
- Proficiency in office automation tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of the culture and topics related to Compliance risks
- Good knowledge and appetite for the Fintech ecosystem and payment

- You know how to make complicated rules understandable for all
- You want to protect Lemonway from non Compliant situations
- You are resistant to pressure and know to choose long term results over short term gain
- You are a real team player with a deep sense of collaboration but also are comfortable working autonomously

- You are known for your good organizational and project management skills
- You are fluent in French and English. Another European language is a plus

**Experience**
- Master 2 in Law, Finance or Economics / Business School / IEP, MBA, IAE,...etc.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the Compliance field in the Financial Industry
