**Within the Supply Planning team & reporting to Supply Planning Manager, Supply Planner is in charge of product availability of specific brand portfolio on a France and Benelux scope.**

Supply planner main responsibilities are:
1- Deliver service level objective 98.5%
Ensure the product availability on Reckitt warehouses by:

- Working closely with factory on production plans optimization
- Working closely with factory to ensure packaging availability for productions
- Following up of freight-in deliveries to Reckitt warehouses
- Analysing out of stock root causes & flagging out of stock risks
- Working closely with demand planner to understand and anticipate the impact of forecast changes

2- Deliver stock level objective
- Tracking stock evolution per brand and support the team with PFR, out of stock and distress issue by creating multiple reports daily, weekly and monthly.
- Tracking stocks blocked in quality by defining an action and following the progress
- Monthly deadstock report to ensure right follow of provisions: explain deadstock evolution, be clear on root causes, propose and follow action plan

3- Portfolio management
- Manage product life cycle
- Work closely with demand planning & NPD Coordinator to coordinate the implementation of product’s change projects (NPD/EPD).

4- Communication & reporting
- Daily communication of out of stock to customer service
- Weekly reports of OOS / distress to factories
- Weekly communication of out of stock risk to sales and marketing teams
- Monthly reporting of provisions and stock levels
- Main point of contact for factories, customer service and logistics teams
- Day-to-day communication with demand planning.

**Your profile**:
Level of experience
- Bac + 5 (Business School or equivalent)
- Experience : 3/4 years in a supply environment, ideally with already an experience in Supply Planning and stock management
