Group Working Capital Manager

Your main focus is on the supply chain payment cycle and on the order to cash cycle with customers. - You target the improvement of the main Working Capital indicators, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), external overdues, Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), Other Activity Working Capital, and Investment Working Capital. - You follow internal and external overdue reduction and monitor execution of the reduction plan - You interface principally internally with Group Customer Directors, with Division Financial Directors, with National Financial Directors, with Information System Finance experts and externally with Customers and their Supply chain finance bank to implement Customer programs. - You are coordinating and implementing actions regarding customer discounting actions, including engagement with the Sites, and banks - You support the definition of KPI consistent with disclosure requirements (Corporate sustainability reporting Directive) - You interface with the Supply chain finance program manager, National Purchasing Directors or Coordinators, Group Commodity and Segment Directors and Division Purchasing Directors and Supply chain finance Procure to Pay Leaders **Your responsibilities ?** - You prepare and present analytical review of actual Working Capital (Group, Divisions, Country) - You calculate DSO/ DPO evolution scenario based on MTP - You support optimization of DSO, by monitoring overdues and customer payment terms and leading both short term and medium term action plans to improve these indicators, - You identify working capital best practices inside or outside the Group and implement new optimization solutions (including credit and cash collections tools) - You implement customer Supply chain finance programs - You follow credit insurance levels and manage relationship with Credit Insurance Company. - You review standard payment terms per country, type of purchases - You interact with Operating Treasury Reporting Team and Group Supply chain finance Program manager to improve Working Capital in the Group. **About you ** - You are graduated from a Business School - You are 7 to 10 years experienced in a Shared Service Center Cash manager or as Treasury manager - You have an ability to work in Multinational environment; you are skilled in Project management and result oriented. - You are fluent in minimum 2 languages - English mandatory **Compensation & Benefits**: - **Compensation: base salary upon 12 months, **based on your educational background and experience - **Presence of Social and Economic Committee (CSE)**: lunch vouchers, sports & cultural activities, cinema - Possibility to work **remotely **(hybrid) **Why Valeo ?** - To **participate in innovative projects **with our experts. - To be part of an **inclusive and multicultural company.**: - For career **opportunities **at national or international level. - To be a committed link in favor of green mobility. - To find **meaning **in your commitment. **=> Recruitment process in several steps: first exchange with the talent acquisition specialist, interview with your future management and then with site human resources department.
