**Your Responsibilities**:

- Commissioning, configuration and maintenance of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems (SW-updates, firmware updates)
- Upgrading of technical solutions for existing systems
- Trace analysis and troubleshooting in HIL test systems
- Synchronization between HW/SW development and testing teams
- Documentation of technical progress and system functions
- Basic use / understanding of testing framework
- Identifying the appropriate techniques, tools, test equipment based on given requirements
- Provide technical support for creation of complex tests, automation
- Work with peers, leads and remote teams to ensure successful execution of test activities

**Your skills**:

- Completed studies or technical training in the field of electrical engineering, automotive engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or comparable training paths
- Knowledge in handling measurement technology (with multimeter, oscilloscope)
- Strong communication skills to be able to work in a coordinated way with different stakeholders
- Experience in the automotive sector / bus communication (Ethernet, CAN, LIN, Flexray) desirable
- 8-12 years’ experience with HiL-systems
- Basic understanding on vehicle system architecture
- Basic understanding on system HW diagrams and data sheets
- Knowledge in using CAD tools
- Knowledge of electrical safety, consensus standards, EU-OSHA electrical safety requirements
