**The Team
Founded in 2016, the Paris office fully embodies GP Bullhound’s expertise in software and tech-enabled services with private equity counterparts, with 70+ deals completed. Leveraging an exceptional deal flow and access to global buyers across Europe, the US and Asia, the Paris team recently advised:
- EcoVadis on the $500m equity investment from Astorg, General Atlantic, GIC Private Limited and Princeville Capital
- Vialink on its acquisition by PSG-backed Signaturit
- Geopost on the sale of its subsidiary Stuart to the German private equity group Mutares
- One Click LCA on a growth equity investment round from PSG and Infravia
- Expensya on its acquisition by MediusDoctrine on a majority growth buyout from Summit Partners and Peugeot Invest
**Your Role
**Your Responsibilities
- Marketing materials: Helping prepare materials such as pitch books and confidential information memoranda (CIMs), to market potential deals to clients or investors
- Research: Conducting market research and industry analysis to identify potential targets or buyers, and assess new market dynamics
- Due diligence support: Assisting with due diligence efforts, including gathering and reviewing data on the client companies, NDA or letter of intents
- Financial analysis and modelling: Analyzing financial statements, building business plans, and updating trading multiples, transaction multiples, and DCF to support valuation exercises
**Your Experience
- Ideally, previous experience in Technology investment banking, corporate development, private equity, VC or equity research
- Demonstrated passion for Technology through past work experience, personal interests, activity in societies and communities, or other extracurriculars is a plus
- Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to connect high-level strategic thinking to the nuances in company’s financials
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
- Proficiency in English and French
