**Job description**

Westfield Consulting Partners is helping our client, a French Artificial Intelligence Research company, find an experienced and highly skilled AI Data Annotator to work in our client’s office and be one of the first members of their Data Annotation team.

In this role, you will support the effectiveness of the company's English human data collection by providing high-quality AI training for the models they’ve developed.

Westfield Consulting Partners accompagne l'un de ses clients, une société française spécialisée dans la recherche en intelligence artificielle, dans la recherche d'un annotateur de données expérimenté et hautement qualifié. Vous intégrerez les bureaux de notre client et serez parmi les premiers membres de leur équipe d'annotation de données.

Dans ce rôle, vous participerez à l'optimisation de la collecte de données humaines en anglais de l'entreprise, en assurant la formation IA de haute qualité de leurs modèles développés.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure exceptional data quality and integrity by adhering to guidelines while performing data annotation, labeling, evaluation, and prompt/response development tasks.
- Provide in-depth descriptions of your evaluation reasoning.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve data quality and model training.
- Communicate effectively and provide feedback to team members across different functions.

**Responsabilités**
- Assurer une qualité et une intégrité exceptionnelles des données en respectant les directives lors de l'exécution des tâches d'annotation, d'étiquetage et/ou de développement de contenu.
- Identifier et recommander des opportunités d'amélioration de la qualité des données et de la formation des modèles.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les différents membres de l'équipe.

**Requirements**:

- Education & Experience: Relevant academic background
- Previous experience as a data annotator, preferably in Artificial Intelligence.
- Native English speaker with excellent English reading and writing skills
- Professional-level French proficiency in both reading and writing
- A commitment to accuracy, especially while completing repetitive tasks
- Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently
- Works with a sense of urgency while demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Process-driven and organized approach to work

**Qualifications**:

- Formation et Expérience : Une formation académique pertinente est requise. Une expérience préalable en tant qu'annotateur de données est souhaitée.
- Langue : Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Une maîtrise du français à un niveau professionnel, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, est également nécessaire.
- Compétences : Capacité à faire preuve d'exactitude, en particulier lors de l'exécution de tâches répétitives. Capacité à suivre des instructions complexes, à gérer l'ambiguïté et à travailler de manière autonome.
- Organisation : Travailler avec un sens de l'urgence tout en faisant preuve d'excellentes compétences en gestion du temps. Une approche du travail axée sur les processus et organisée est essentielle.
