As a **QA Engineer**, you will collaborate with the tech and product team during all the development steps to offer a high-quality user experience across our platform by ensuring that the features and bugs are tested correctly with automated tests.
In this context, your missions are:
- Define the global QA policy with product managers and lead developers
- Design and develop the test automation scripts on each level of testing pyramid
- Front-end and back-end testing automation
- Create and maintain the test automation framework
- Support development of tests with the engineering team
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Make recommendations regarding the strategy, the user experience, the tools, and the test environment
- Research and identification of new automation solutions to improve the existing one
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of performance
- Communicate with project, product and engineering teams about the improvements following the
strategy, sharing of experiences, best practices and lessons learnt
**Profile**:
- You have graduated from an Engineering School and with minimum 3-4 years of Quality Engineering
and/or test engineering experience.
- An experience in an international B-to-B SaaS is a plus.
- You are familiar with the agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban) and you are a team player who is able
to work in a collaborative environment.
- You have strong communication skills and a structured, analytical, and problem-solving mind.
- You are creative in your approach to bring in change for business benefit.
- You speak French and English
