You'll be at the heart of innovation, tackling projects that shape our future, with the best people possible **Your Role at Echo** You will be joining the **Global Marketing Team reporting to the VP Marketing**— a dynamic and collaborative unit built around **performance, creativity, and impact**, currently made up of **4 talented professionals**. They are the force behind Echo Analytics’ brand visibility, demand generation, and strategic growth initiatives. From data-driven digital campaigns to thought leadership content and global event execution, the team plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping Echo’s presence across key markets. **Your main challenge will be to own and scale multi-channel marketing strategies across Europe and the US, generating qualified leads and supporting growth through data-driven, impactful campaigns.** You will have end-to-end ownership of campaign strategy, paid media, website optimization, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. **As such, your main responsibilities will be**: - Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across EMEA and North America - Own paid media strategy and performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms - Optimize Echo’s website (Webflow) for UX, SEO, and lead conversion through testing and experimentation - Manage campaign planning and execution across the full marketing funnel, including ABM and lead nurturing - Align closely with Sales and Product teams to drive MQL quality and conversion to revenue - Analyse and report on marketing performance, campaign ROI, and KPIs - Plan and execute marketing-led events, webinars, and partner collaborations to increase brand visibility - Manage HubSpot campaigns, segmentation, and automation workflows **What we’re looking for**: - 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing within a data, SaaS, or analytics-driven environment - Fluency in English - Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns across EU and US markets - Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution across digital tools and platforms (Webflow, HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) - Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot. - Experience in performance marketing and campaign optimization (SEO, SEM, A/B testing) - Ability to align with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on growth and revenue objectives - Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, scale-up environment - Excellent communication and project management skills **Why us?** - A great diverse and international team based in Paris (25+ nationalities) - Impact and ownership mindset: at Echo we encourage everyone to take ownership of their projects - People first company: without our people we have no business, we have dedicated a People Manifesto to them - A contemporary office space in central Paris with a rooftop to admire the view - Hybrid remote policy - Free coffee, snacks on top of your lunch voucher card (Swile, 10€/ working day) - Healthcare insurance - We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of gender, sexual orientation, origin, disabilities, or any other traits that make you who you are._
