Cdd - International Product Finance Analyst (H/F)

**Job Description Summary**: Reporting to the International Ultrasound Finance Manager, The International Product Finance analyst supports transformation initiatives led by the International HCS Product Finance team. The role focuses on driving profitable growth and productivity through financial analysis, automation, and dashboard development.

L’Analyste Financier Produit International soutient les initiatives de transformation menées par l’équipe Finance Produit HCS Internationale. Ce rôle vise à favoriser la croissance rentable et la productivité grâce à l’analyse financière, l’automatisation et le développement de tableaux de bord.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compile and present detailed financial reports tailored to senior management, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
- Analyze changes in manufacturing standard costs (S2S) and assess the impact of new product introductions (NPI) on the income statement. Identify operational drivers and communicate findings effectively.
- Develop algorithms to streamline the analysis of the Sales Price Index (SPI) and create dashboards with customer-level granularity.
- Simplify and automate the Contribution Margin (CM) walk analysis, enabling item
- and customer-level insights through interactive dashboards.
- Support transformation projects initiated by the International HCS Product Finance team.

**Qualifications/Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Fluent in English.
- Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and ability to deliver results on time.
- Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced in developing dashboards using Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking.
- Adaptable and flexible: comfortable working in changing or ambiguous environments.
- Experience working in a matrixed and multicultural organization.

**Responsabilités**:

- Compiler et présenter des rapports financiers détaillés adaptés à la direction, en garantissant clarté, précision et pertinence des analyses.
- Analyser les évolutions des coûts standards de fabrication (S2S) et évaluer l’impact des lancements de nouveaux produits (NPI) sur le compte de résultat. Identifier les leviers opérationnels et communiquer les conclusions de manière efficace.
- Développer des algorithmes pour optimiser l’analyse de l’indice des prix de vente (SPI) et créer des tableaux de bord avec une granularité au niveau client.
- Simplifier et automatiser l’analyse de l’évolution de la marge sur coût variable (CM walk), en permettant une visualisation détaillée par article et par client via des tableaux de bord interactifs.
- Soutenir les projets de transformation initiés par l’équipe Finance Produit HCS Internationale.

**Qualifications requises**:

- Diplôme universitaire en Comptabilité, Finance, Économie ou Administration des affaires.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais.
- Attitude positive, esprit d’équipe et capacité à livrer les résultats attendus dans les délais.
- Confiant(e), autonome, capable de faire preuve d’initiative et de travailler avec un minimum de supervision.
- Solides compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes ; très à l’aise avec les chiffres et doté(e) d’une grande attention aux détails.
- Expérience dans le développement de tableaux de bord avec Power BI.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, avec la capacité de transmettre des concepts complexes de manière claire.
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et esprit analytique.
- Capacité d’adaptation et flexibilité : à l’aise dans des environnements changeants ou ambigus.
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement matriciel et multiculturel.
