Associate Director Retail, France

**What you’ll do**:

- As a **Associate Director Retail, France (f/m/d)** you are responsible for the development and success of our brands nu3 and BEAVITA in retail in France and Belgium (supermarkets, specialised stores, fitness studios,etc.)
- You are the number one counterpart for retail in France and Belgium for all our partners (over 2000 stores and counting)
- You conduct yearly negotiations with our existing partners and pitch to the supermarket chains where nu3 is not yet present
- You manage a team composed of account managers and trade marketers and supervise an external sales force
- You know the food retail well and are always aware of the latest trends
- You can anticipate future B2B challenges in advance and thus proactively help shape inventory plans for the French market
- With creativity and commitment, you create win-win situations for new potential customers and nu3
- You create a culture of trust and an atmosphere in which everyone aims to achieve the objectives and key results that have been defined
- You work closely with our own brand development team and our purchasing department and implement strategic campaigns
- You are mainly operating in Paris and the Paris region, but you also travel very often to other parts of France and Belgium
- Research, analysis and development of concepts for the respective customers are in your area of responsibility

**Who you are**:

- You have completed a degree or apprenticeship in the consumer goods industry or in (food) retailing
- You have at least 8 years work experience in the area of offline retail (preferably in the food sector)
- You have relevant experience in key account management, ideally with national customer responsibility for France and sales force management
- You have a proven track record of networking and access to retail stakeholders
- You have a profound knowledge of the retail market in France
- Your work is based on KPIs and you are able to draw the right conclusions for your daily business
- You think entrepreneurial and always act result and service oriented
- You are not afraid to approach people and make relevant contacts
- You are open, communicative, convincing in your argumentation and always remain sympathetic
- You are able to motivate yourself and others very well and do not let yourself get defeated by setbacks. You always work in a solution-oriented way
- French is your native language and you have fluent English skills
- You have a driver's license
