English version below - Bac + 5 en finance et/ou diplômes comptables (DCG/DSCG) - Plusieurs années d’expérience en comptabilité, en partie au sein d’un Big Four, et idéalement complétée d’une expérience dans un moyen/grand groupe international dans un environnement en rapide évolution - Connaissance approfondie des normes comptables françaises et belges et des obligations légales et fiscales locales. La connaissances des US GAAP ou des IFRS est un plus - Avoir démontré sa capacité à résoudre des problématiques comptables variées et complexes et des défis opérationnels et disposer d’excellentes capacités d’analyse - Tourné vers le détail, tout en étant à même de réfléchir de façon globale - Solides capacités de communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral. Pratique courante du français et de l’anglais des affaires - Proactif, orienté résultats, capable de déterminer les priorités et de tenir des délais serrés - Excellent “team player” sachant évoluer dans un environnement global, cross fonctionnel et à tous niveaux de l’organisation, acceptant les responsabilités et sachant prendre des initiatives - Utilisation poussée des outils informatiques (Microsoft Office et idéalement Oracle) Le CV devrait être envoyé en anglais ****** - Master’s degree (BAC + 5) in Finance and/or French CPA (DCG/DSCG) - Several years experience with an emphasis on accounting, partly gained within one of the 'Big4' and preferably combined with an experience of working for a medium to large international company, in a fast-paced and changing environment - Deep knowledge of FR/BE GAAP as well as US GAAP or IFRS, statutory filings and the related legal and tax requirements - Demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex accounting and operational challenges and excellent analytical skills - Detail-oriented yet able to reflect on and understand the big picture - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in both business English and French - Proactive, and results-driven, able to correctly set priorities and meet challenging deadlines - Being a strong team player, who can operate globally, cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization, taking ownership and demonstrating self-initiative - Experienced ERP user (ideally Oracle), proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
