Rx Manufacturing service within EMEA Operations is in charge of creating and executing industrial roadmap of the zone - in line with group industrial standards - RX Referential, Quality, processes, standard machines, lines, operating modes and lean principles. The key objectives of the service is to continuously improve industrial performance in terms of costs, service and customer satisfaction through deployment of the existing and new group standard solutions and lean methods.

EMEA RX Manufacturing has solid, proven and long track record of continuous improvement of the industrial KPIs. You will join not only the central manufacturing service but most of all the community of the efficient, successful and committed zone’s professionals in the labs.

Scope of activity has been evolving with the changes in the group - Europe Operations Manufacturing integrated the cooperation with Luxottica originated RX lab of Sedico, then became EMEA with META geography labs, now we will be also working with GV main manufacturing sites. We have true impact on the transformation of the group - on the production shopfloor level and we have large diversity of interesting industrial challenges.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:
As a member of Industrial Performance team within RX Manufacturing, your main missions will be:

- Manage transformation projects (investments, machines, technologies, organization of flows, building works...) in relation to the other functions of the group and suppliers
- Build and execute mid-term industrial plans with the labs
- Assure that deployed solutions are in line with group standards, especially RX Referential
- Animate benchmarks of the sites, in order to benefit from the labs collective intelligence to fuel continuous improvement across whole zone.
- Cooperate closely with the labs’ teams, as well as with central services
- GE, Quality, etc

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
Engineer in industrial engineering or equivalent, mastering_ _profitability study of transformation projects and the functional management for their execution. Ideally experience in continuous improvement in an industrial environment and/or in RX production and/or in methods. Knowledge of lean management ( 6 Sigma, MIFA, MUDA, TPM, 5S etc) would be a strong plus.

With a strong spirit of service, you have the sense of analysis and you are stimulated by the search for permanent progress through the pragmatic questioning of what exists. Rigorous and structured, you have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills and you like teamwork in multicultural environment.

Short term travels (2days x 2 times per month) to European labs to be planned

Fluent English mandatory, French, and other European languages would be a plus
