**Join Vestas as the HR Business Partner in France and support us in aligning our Global and Regional HR processes and initiatives with the local business strategy in France.**

**Your experience in human resources management and in talent management will add value to the overall business outcomes, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a skilled workforce and ensuring compliance with regulations.**

**Responsibilities**

As the HR Business Partner in France, you will report to the People and Culture Manager of the Med region and will work closely to the French Management Team, following the regional P&C agenda with the following responsibilities:

- coordinating labor litigations and labor contracts, trade union relations with internal and external representatives of trade union organizations.
- supporting leaders and employees with Labor Relations aspects and HR matters,
- supporting implementation of business strategies in the Organization; HR Transformation and change management
- aligning staff to business priorities.
- running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, succession planning, maintaining staff relations, etc.
- planning tactical HR initiatives and implementing, HR strategies, policies and practices,
- supporting recruitment of the right skills,
- enhancing staff performance and supporting employee development.
- updating policies and practices and overseeing wellness and health initiatives.

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Degree in law/labor relations and in human resources management is required with experience of at least 8 years. E.g. experience with HR practices and policies from several countries (e.g. France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece etc.)
- First language French, fluent business English.
- Experience in industrial sector (Energy, Construction, Maintenance)
