**What we expect from you**

We are looking for a Salesforce & Automation Engineer to lead the optimization, automation, and integration of our business systems. This role requires technical expertise in Salesforce development (APEX, API integrations), workflow automation, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and support revenue growth. You will play a key role in managing our marketing tech stack, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve productivity.

Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Salesforce Administration & Development**: Manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless operations. Develop custom APEX code and triggers to enhance system functionality, implement and manage API integrations between Salesforce and other tools, and maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
- ** Workflow Automation & Process Optimization**: Design and implement automated workflows that reduce manual efforts and improve operational efficiency. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes, develop automation solutions that align with business objectives, and ensure smooth data flow between marketing, sales, and customer success systems to enhance productivity.
- ** Tech Stack Management & Integrations**: Oversee and maintain integrations with platforms such as MixPanel, Looker Studio, Chargebee, AWS, Cargo, and other automation tools. Ensure seamless connectivity between systems, troubleshoot integration issues, and work closely with engineering and product teams to optimize system interoperability and performance.
- ** Data Analysis & Insight Generation**: Analyze CRM and operational data to uncover trends, identify process inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports in tools like Looker Studio to support decision-making across sales, marketing, and leadership teams, ensuring data-driven strategies are implemented effectively.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Streamline data processes and optimize system workflows. Act as a technical liaison between departments, provide support and training on automation and CRM best practices, and ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

**This job is for you if**:

- 1+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and automation, proficiency in APEX programming a must.
- Experience with workflow automation tools, API development, system integrations and data pipeline management.
- Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills, with experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, as our primary operations are in the US.
