**Mission**:

- You will join the Multi-Asset Trading team as a Data Analyst and Trader Assistant, in a context of significant growth in fixed income trading volumes and increasing regulatory and client reporting demands. Your mission will be twofold: supporting the trading desk in its day-to-day operations and contributing to the production and automation of advanced trading analytics.

**Responsabilité**:

- As part of the trading team, the intern will support both data analysis and trading operations, in response to growing demands from internal and external stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- The intern will assist in producing detailed reports and statistical insights to meet various business needs:

- Execution factors analysis: speed of execution, order types, broker market share (Compliance recommendation)
- Enhanced trading activity reports for broker review committees (Regulatory request)
- Detailed trading activity reports for brokers, counterparts, and exchanges (Provider request)

2. Trading Desk Support (Fixed Income)
- With an increase in Investment Grade trading volumes, the intern will also support the trading team with operational tasks:

- Follow-up on trade bookings and coordination with Middle Office / Back Office to resolve issues
- Assist in developing pre-trade pricing tools for traders
- Monitor and analyze primary market issuances

**Profil**:

- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Solid knowledge of finance and financial markets.
- Strong coding skills, particularly in Python and VBA.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Autonomous, creative, and proactive mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
